We have a lot of up coming changes at Kaizen Kan, while we have been a Kyokushin Karate (Bas-I Kyokushin Karate Org), Shin Shin Ryu Iai-Jutsu (Shin Shin Kai) Dojo, starting Monday, September 7th, at 6:00 pm we will kick off the Kaizen Kan Judo program.  This continues  us on our goal to building a strong, family orientated, Tradition Japanese Budo  Dojo, and spreading these arts to the Tucson area.

The Judo Program will be headed up by Shihan Ken Wintin a 6th dan with 50 years experience training and teaching the art of Kodokan Judo both in the U.S and Japan.  To start out the program will run every Monday at 6:00 pm, BUT classes will be added with interest!!! and we anticipate the interest. Students must wear the appropriate Judo uniform (White), and it is recommended that adults wear the double weave jacket (rather than the single weave), Children (8 and up) should be fine with a single weave Judo jacket.

We have had a huge response to the up coming Judo seminars on Aug 8th and 22nd, and these events are looking to be very successful.

We are planing to be fully involved in the Judo community (competitions ect.) as the program develops.
